60-min sessions are where you can really explore the benefits of personal training by taking advantage of Alameda Personal Training’s expertise regarding your specific goals. These sessions can employ more warming-up and stretching for the fitness newbie (said with love) &/OR a greater amount of strength training/cardio for more specific goals. Keeping your heart rate elevated for long periods is a good way to burn fat by reaching your body’s aerobic threshold.
