Alameda Pilates

Not Your Typical Pilates Workout

There is classical Pilates, California Pilates, and now Alameda Personal Training has developed Alameda Pilates (click the picture above for example). This is a simpler style utilizing the spring board and BOSU ball to achieve simultaneous core stability and appendicular mobility. This style replaces complex choreography with light cardiovascular exercise in between bouts of controlled core movements.

Add Alameda Pilates private training to your fitness regimen (available in conjunction with Alameda Personal Training).

Along with Pilates Alameda Personal Training offers personal training, partner training, group fitness and nutrition advising.
