Boot Camp in Alameda

Interval-style boot camp classes based on the principal of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). These classes incorporate strength, cardiovascular, stability and core work to increase your metabolism and re-shape your body + every class focuses on a specific complex/compound exercise. Be ready to SWEAT!

You MUST pre-register for the boot camp classes. To pre-register click on the “Schedule Me” tab on the right then choose your class type (Small Group Training) and instructor (highlight all instructors to see all class times), click NEXT, review your reservation details and then click BOOK NOW to complete your registration (YOU DO NOT PAY WHEN YOU REGISTER). After you register visit the RATES PAGE where you can pay online (or you can pay in person via cash or credit card when you come to your first class).



Kellen has a B.S. in Genetics from University of Rochester, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Credentialed, ViPR Certified and specializes in body re-composition utilizing high intensity intervals, strength/stability training and proper nutrition. Kellen has an attitude in class that is firm and encouraging. His philosophy toward fitness has always been, “It doesn’t matter to me what you do for exercise as long as you work hard.” This comes out in his classes when he gets excited about small victories. This attitude spurred him to open Alameda Personal Training as a place offering fitness for ALL.

Heather knows first-hand that with hard work, determination and a positive attitude anything is possible. Originally from Massachusetts she has been living and working in the Bay area for over one year. Her experience spans over many fitness levels: guiding newcomers through a first workout, assisting new mothers in shedding baby weight, coaching an avid runner for a marathon or working with older adults to maintain a functional lifestyle.
Her encouragement, motivation and focus are what make the difference. Eight plus years of experience teaching group fitness classes has given her a strong foundation. She is dedicated to assisting individuals in feeling stronger and more confident in reaching and maintaining goals.


was born and raised in San Jose, CA. Always physically active as a kid, from playing sports in school to taking up karate and kickboxing. Out of high school she went from Nursing school to Interior design school, but neither of these kept her interest. Ashley always knew she wanted more in life, she wanted to make an difference in peoples lives. Ashley got much more active in fitness in her early adulthood and began working out regularly, she noticed how much of an impact working out had on her, not only physically but also mentally. Just for fun Ashley began training others and came to realize becoming a Personal Trainer was what she was born to do. She then got certified and shortly after Ashley moved to the East Bay area to purse her career in the fitness field. Ashley’s belief is every one can change their quality of life through fitness and clean eating habits. Put your trust in Ashley as your trainer and you will reach your fitness goals!!
