We offer Zumba, Yoga and FitQuick (interval style) classes. Find information on our instructors, classes and schedule by clicking the “Schedule Me” tab at the right. Then you can sign-up for your first class by following the prompts to pick your class style, instructor and time slot. You can take 1-class per day of any style. The free week will start on the day of your first class.
Alameda Personal Training also offer Personal/Private-Training for your specific goals.
