Strength, endurance and core training with the original suspension trainer
The TRX suspension trainer is all core all the time, and highly modifiable for all fitness levels. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or de-conditioned due to an exercise hiatus the TRX helps build lean muscle and increase core strength. There are multiple venues with TRX in Alameda, but I have been credentialed at the TRX training facility in San Francisco on the suspension trainer, and in sports medicine applications of the TRX. You will not find a more creative workout using the TRX in Alameda than with Alameda Personal Training.
Receive private training on the TRX in Alameda, and segue in to loaded movement training and high intensity intervals.
To schedule a class click on the “Schedule Me” tab on the right then choose your class type and instructor, click NEXT, review your reservation details and then click BOOK NOW to complete your registration (YOU DO NOT PAY WHEN YOU REGISTER). After you register visit the RATES PAGE where you can pay online (or you can pay in person via cash or credit card when you come to your first class).
